If for some reason, your charging transaction gets interrupted, you have two options either you can disconnect the plug, or you can start charging again by scanning the QR code. Any refund amount for the interrupted transaction will be transferred back to you within 2-3 working days.
If you select the hourly mode for charging, you are asked to enter the hour and minutes. Based on the selection, we can calculate the unit to be transferred in the given time and calculate the amount based on the tariff rate.
If you select the unit mode for charging, you are asked to enter the units. We calculate the amount based on the tariffs rate as per the selection.
If the unit consumption is less than the target units, you will get a refund of the remaining amount within 2-3 working days.

To see your old transactions go to the profile page by clicking on the top left profile icon. On the profile page, you can see all your transactions.

1. Use of Charging Stations
Users must have a Wattzup account or use supported payment methods before starting a charging session.
The company reserves the right to temporarily close stations for maintenance without prior notice.
2. Fees & Payment
Charging fees are calculated based on actual electricity consumption, and additional service charges may apply at certain locations.
Customers should verify the applicable rates before initiating a charging session.
3. Limitation of Liability
Wattzup is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the charging stations or technical issues related to the electric vehicle.
4. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Wattzup reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
Errors in Charging Transactions
If a payment is deducted without service being provided, customers may request a 100% refund within 7 days of the transaction by providing proof of payment.
System Malfunctions
If a charging station experiences technical issues and fails to deliver service after the session has started, the system will automatically process a 100% refund, or customers may contact support to request one.
No Refunds After Completed Charging
Once a charging session is successfully completed, refunds will not be issued unless the issue arises from Wattzup's system.
